I'd disagree.

Billionaires are a by-product of economic prosperity and development, and their contribution in terms of adding value and the services/goods they provide is larger than any negative impact. That doesn't mean we shouldn't tax them more significantly, but I disagree that the economic processes themselves are problematic.
